New Look of the Site
For those of you that have been to the site before you now notice the new web-pages, this is the first revision, give this a trial run and see how many of you like it. There is still more to come so please be patient until everything is complete before you vote on it. We also have our first club logo and slogan "Taking You to New Heights", we hope you all like it.

Adding More Info to the Forums

Over the next few weeks we will be uploading more valuable information to the forums so that our users can have plenty of help and info to look at when trying to learn or expand their knowledge of RC. If anybody has anything to offer please upload it to the members upload section and it will be moved to the proper section of the site or forums.

Get the Word Out

Try and get the word out to other sites about our forums, this will help get more traffic into the site. The more people that use our forums will help build up our database of useful information. Post a link to our web-site (with the other sites permission), talk to other people at fly-inns, etc... The more people that visit the better the site will be.

Posting of Pictures, Video's, & YouTube in Forums

vBullentin allow us to share lots of information in various ways. You can post pictures, videos, link video's from YouTube, your own site, etc... into our forums. I encourage you to please upload anything you like to share (in good taste of course); you can also upload pictures into the Gallery program that also is located on the site. If you like we can setup you up with your very own space to upload pictures of all your models you have. Please E-mail one of the site reps to get it setup for you.

Hwy 2223 Field

As many of you know that our airstrip located off hwy 2223 is back to normal, Mr. Fisher finally got his hay cutting and the bails moved so we now have that back to normal. If any of you happen to see Mr. Fisher please thank him and let him know how much you all appreciate the use of his land for our club, it is because of people like him that we have club free of any type of dues.

Safety Topic of the Month
Starting in August we will have a lot of new students moving into the area getting ready to start college. Most of these new students have not been driving long, some just getting their license. They have fast cars, like to show off, drive fast, etc... Basically do not know what they are doing. Watch the intersections and the cars around you a bit more than usual. Also regular school will be starting towards the end of the month, watch out for kids in school crossing and other area's were small kids may run out in front of you.

Closing

Well, we hope you all like the new changes to the site, if you have any questions feel free to e-mail, call, write, or bring them up at the meeting. Until we all meet again, have fun, fly high or drive straight, and enjoy life to the fullest everyday. Take care...
